EGO HERO LLC operates this Service in good faith. We try to make the tools accurate, fast, and useful. We can’t guarantee any of those things in every case, for every input, on every device. This Disclaimer is the formal statement of what we are not promising you.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE AND EVERYTHING IT PRODUCES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THIS INCLUDES WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, NON-INFRINGEMENT, TITLE, OR FREEDOM FROM ERROR, INTERRUPTION, OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
We make no representation or warranty that:
- The Service will meet your requirements.
- The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or free from defects.
- The output of any tool will be accurate, fit for any purpose, or preserve every nuance of your input.
- Any defects will be corrected within any time frame, or at all.
- The Service is compatible with every browser, device, operating system, screen reader, or assistive technology.
2. Not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice
Nothing on this Service constitutes legal, medical, financial, accounting, tax, regulatory, or other professional advice, and you should not treat it as such. The tools are technical conveniences, not substitutes for qualified human judgement.
- Medical: our DICOM tool is for technical convenience only. It is not a medical device, not approved by any regulator, and is not suitable for clinical or diagnostic use. Always consult qualified medical professionals using properly certified imaging software.
- Legal: the document and OCR tools may help you read or convert files, but the resulting text is not a legal opinion. Always have a lawyer review legally significant documents.
- Financial: the data tools (Excel, SQLite, Parquet) read and rewrite numbers, but they do not validate them. Always reconcile against authoritative source systems before relying on financial figures.
- Cryptography: the PEM↔PFX tools use trusted, open-source libraries, but you remain responsible for verifying the resulting files using your own tooling before deploying them in production.
- Safety-critical: do not rely on any output of the Service for life-safety, navigation, control of physical machinery, or any application where errors could cause death, injury, or significant property damage.
3. Verification of output is your responsibility
If a tool, suggestion, or output prompted you to take a particular action, the responsibility for that action and its consequences rests with you. We did not see the input; we did not perform the action; we cannot vouch for whether it was right.
4. Third-party content and open-source libraries
The Service relies on a number of open-source libraries (for example, FFmpeg, Tesseract, libraw, DuckDB, sql.js, three.js, pdf-lib, node-forge, dicom-parser, and others). We are grateful to their authors and maintainers. Each library is provided under its own licence; defects, unsupported edge cases, or regressions in those libraries can affect the Service.
Where the Service displays third-party content (for example, design-system specifications referencing a third-party brand), the originals belong to their respective owners. Reference to a third party is for identification only and does not imply endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship.
5. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time, with or without notice. Tools, pages, and slugs that exist today may be renamed, replaced, or removed tomorrow. We have no obligation to maintain backward compatibility, and we accept no liability for any inconvenience, loss, or damage arising from such changes.
6. Forward-looking statements
Anything we say about features under development, planned tools, or our roadmap reflects our current intent only. Future plans may change without notice. Do not rely on a feature being available, supported, or behaving in any particular way until it is shipped and observable.
7. Jurisdictional notes
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. To the extent that any exclusion or limitation in this Disclaimer is not permitted in your jurisdiction, that exclusion or limitation will be limited to the smallest amount permitted by law and the rest of this Disclaimer remains in full effect. Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited (for example, for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, fraud, or statutory consumer rights in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or your home country).
