These Terms are an agreement between you and EGO HERO LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #31990, Casper, WY 82609 US (“EGO HERO,” “we,” or “us”).
1. Using the Service
By accessing or using egohero.com, you agree to these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, and our Disclaimer. Our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy explain how information and browser storage are handled. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 and legally able to accept these Terms. If local law requires a parent or guardian to approve or supervise your use, you must have that approval.
2. What we provide
The Service includes:
- Browser-local converters that process selected files on your device rather than uploading their contents to EGO HERO;
- an AI Background Remover that temporarily uploads an image to our server for processing;
- an access-controlled design-system catalog containing reference material generated from public websites; and
- portfolio, marketing, informational, authentication, and contact pages.
The Service does not include processing inside separately branded products such as OmniSubs, ViralHero, SiteList, FixVibe, or TikPlay. The terms presented by those products apply to their use.
3. Accounts and access
Most features do not require an account. Sign-in may be required for restricted catalog content. You are responsible for activity through your account and should tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. We may approve, reject, review, or revoke restricted access where reasonably needed to operate and protect the Service.
4. Acceptable use
Use the Service lawfully and follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Do not interfere with the site, bypass access or rate limits, introduce malware, use content without the necessary rights, violate another person’s privacy or intellectual property, or use outputs for a safety-critical decision without qualified independent review.
5. Your files and content
You keep any rights you have in content you submit and are responsible for having permission to process it. Browser-local converter files are not sent to EGO HERO.
For the AI Background Remover, you give EGO HERO a temporary, non-exclusive permission to receive, validate, process, store, and return the image only as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and legally operate that feature. We do not take ownership of the image or use it to train a model. Do not submit confidential, regulated, or highly sensitive imagery.
6. Design-system catalog
Catalog entries are AI-assisted references based on publicly accessible websites. They may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong and are not official documentation. References to a company, product, trademark, or visual style do not imply affiliation, sponsorship, permission, or endorsement.
Third-party names, marks, screenshots, and source material remain the property of their respective owners. To request a correction, attribution review, or removal, email hello@egohero.com with the relevant source or catalog URL and the reason for the request.
7. EGO HERO ownership
EGO HERO or its licensors own the original site code, branding, layout, copy, and other original material. We give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not remove ownership notices, misuse EGO HERO marks, resell the Service, or systematically copy a substantial part of it unless we permit it or applicable law gives you that right.
8. Third-party services and links
The Service relies on hosting, authentication, email, translation, analytics, asset-delivery, and catalog-processing providers described in the Privacy Policy. Links to other sites are provided for convenience. We do not control their content, availability, security, transactions, or data practices, and a link does not mean we endorse them.
9. Availability and warranty
We may change, limit, interrupt, or discontinue a feature. Keep your own source files and verify important outputs. Conversions can lose fidelity, OCR can be wrong, an AI cutout can miss an edge, and catalog material can be inaccurate.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EGO HERO AND ITS PERSONNEL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, USE, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING FROM THE SERVICE.
Our total liability for claims relating to this free public Service will not exceed USD $100. These limits do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable non-waivable consumer rights.
11. Changes, suspension, and ending use
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may restrict or suspend access to protect the Service, comply with law, respond to abuse, or address a breach. We may update these Terms as the Service or law changes and will update the effective date. For a material change, we will provide additional notice where reasonably practical.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Wyoming law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This choice does not remove mandatory rights you have under the law where you live. Before starting formal proceedings, please email hello@egohero.com with a description of the issue so we can try to resolve it. Subject to any court or forum rights that cannot be waived, disputes may be brought in the state or federal courts serving Casper, Wyoming.
13. General terms
These Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, and the Disclaimer are the entire agreement for this scoped Service. If a provision is invalid, the rest remains effective. A delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver. Automated translations are provided for convenience; the English version controls to the extent permitted by law.
